Pet Policy
At Kenzie Park, your furry family members are welcome home right alongside you. With gated grounds, open grilling and picnic areas, and Westover Hills green space like Cathedral Rock Park nearby, there's plenty of room to roam.
Dogs & Cats Welcome
We happily accept cats and dogs, up to 2 per home, with no weight limit. We have a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $300 per pet, with a monthly pet rent of $20 per pet. Breed restrictions may apply.
